Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Study Maxxing. By creating an account, uploading material, purchasing a subscription, or using the product, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Study Maxxing.

Study Maxxing is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Study Maxxing only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Study Maxxing helps turn learning material into notes, quizzes, flashcards, weak-concept review, and AI tutoring. You are responsible for the material you upload or submit and for how you use generated output.

You may not use Study Maxxing to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, abuse the service, bypass usage limits, attack infrastructure, scrape or reverse engineer the service, upload malicious content, or interfere with other users.

You need an account to save sessions, track usage, access paid features, and manage billing. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe an account is being used in a way that harms Study Maxxing, other users, or the security of the service.

You retain ownership of learning material you upload and content you submit. You grant Study Maxxing permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

If you create a share link, anyone with that link may be able to access the shared study set and related generated output. You are responsible for deciding what you share.

Study Maxxing, including its software, design, branding, and product features, is owned by Study Maxxing or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Study Maxxing intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from Study Maxxing except as allowed by these terms or applicable law.

Study Maxxing uses AI systems to generate notes, quizzes, tutor answers, and review practice. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific course or use case.

Study Maxxing is a study aid, not a replacement for instructors, official course materials, academic integrity rules, professional advice, or independent verification.

You are responsible for following your school, course, exam, employer, and institution rules. Do not use Study Maxxing in any way that violates academic integrity policies or assessment rules.

Free and paid plans may include different features, usage limits, and availability. Pro unlocks the paid features and limits shown in the product while the subscription remains active.

Checkout, subscription management, and payment processing are handled through Clerk Billing and its payment infrastructure. Subscription changes, cancellations, renewals, taxes, and failed payments may affect access to paid features.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel billing through the account billing controls when available or by contacting haiapplabs@gmail.com.

Eligible college students may request a student discount by verifying a .edu school email. Discount availability, pricing, and eligibility rules may change over time.

We may revoke or deny discounted access if verification information is inaccurate, expired, or misused.

We work to keep Study Maxxing reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, limited, or changed from time to time. We may modify, add, or remove features as the product evolves.

You may stop using Study Maxxing at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay required fees, or use the product in a harmful or unlawful way.

After termination, some provisions of these terms will continue to apply, including provisions about user responsibilities, intellectual property, disclaimers, limits of liability, and disputes.

Study Maxxing is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service or generated output will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or meet every requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Study Maxxing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as Study Maxxing changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when appropriate. Continued use of Study Maxxing after changes means you accept the updated terms.
